Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed via Clerk).

Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

Escalation data. We store the escalation flows, channels (email addresses, phone numbers, webhook URLs), and alert payloads you configure. This data is necessary to deliver the Service.

Agent interaction data. When an AI agent triggers an escalation, we store the message, severity, and context provided by the agent, along with acknowledgment responses.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment data.

We use collected information to:

• Deliver, maintain, and improve the Service
• Send escalation notifications on your behalf via configured channels
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Respond to support requests
• Monitor Service health and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share your data only with trusted sub-processors required to operate the Service:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Supabase — database storage (EU region)
• Postmark — transactional email delivery
• Twilio — SMS and voice call delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Railway / Vercel — hosting and deployment

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of blueprintd, our users, or the public.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Alert history is retained according to your plan tier (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro). After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies and session tokens for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services (Clerk, Stripe) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Export your data in a portable format

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
