Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@redphonr.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share API keys or account access with unauthorized parties. Each API key is bound to your account and your obligations under these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to any person
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service to trigger escalations for non-legitimate purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

redphonr provides infrastructure for AI agent–to–human escalation via configurable flows (email, SMS, voice, Slack). We do not guarantee delivery of notifications, as delivery depends on third-party carriers and services outside our control.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding reliability, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your use of the redphonr MCP server and API is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your plan. Excessive usage may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

You may not resell or sublicense access to the API or MCP server without prior written consent from blueprintd.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. You grant blueprintd a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

blueprintd retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, blueprintd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless blueprintd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunisia.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
